The restaurant was very busy and understaffed to begin with. Despite having a reservation, we were left standing at the front of the restaurant for 10 minutes, they sat us without giving us any menus and it was impossible to flag down a waiter. We finally managed to order after about half an hour. It took us an hour and a half to get the starter, and a further half an hour to get the main. When the food eventually came the risotto was crunchy (but the pizza and burgers were fine).
