Winery and Buschenschank Koller — Restaurant in Kitzeck im Sausal

We went there on a Thursday afternoon to get food and drinks. There are some tables outside with a terrific view over the surrounding hills and vineyards. The tables and benches are wooden and could do with a bit of new varnish and you need to be careful not to get a splinter into your skin.

The service was friendly and good humoured and had a small dog accompany them all the time, which was fun to see. The food was generally good, I had some sour aspic cutlery, mixed eggs and the typical bean salad, both with pumpkin seed oil.

Whenever I’m in the area, I love stopping by. In the evenings, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the last rays of sunshine, take in the stunning view, and be surrounded by warm, friendly people. We love this buschenschank. We have tried many, but we keep returning to this one. Everyone is nice, the food is pretty cheap and the views are amazing. They also accept credit cards and it says that kitchen is open...
