The athmosphere of the whole complex where the restaurant is located is really nice. The Restaurant is very clean and fancy looking. Service is also very friendly. After you get seated they bring you a small cup of green tea and steaming hot towels for your hands which is a japanese culture thing. We ordered different things to try and since I like Wagyu I was positively surprised that they have wagyu nigiri. I really recommend them. On the other hand the taste of that and the sushi was very good but the sushi is nothing special or outstanding. What I like is that they offer japanese beer. Other than that I really feel that the food is overpriced and portions are very small.. For main I had the ramen, which again where okey but I eat much better ramen for half the price every week at ichi go ichi e. If you are going to charge theese prices at least the taste of the food needs to be somewhat special. Apart from the wagyu most of it was a letdown for me. I could see myself visiting this restaurant again when I would book the hotel but I would not return only for the restaurant.

I’ll start in a strange way: something as simple as a sweet soy sauce was better than any I ever tasted. It might have ruined my capacity to take some in other restaurants back at home. This sets the level of the rest of the dishes: out of this world. The flavors are delicate, well balanced, with an explosion of savours perfectly complimenting each others. The tori karaage is deliciously crispy and juicy at the same time, sushis are beautiful. Ramens, you could keep ordering them all day. Last but not the least, the whole team is just lovely. One of the best services I’ve had, making you immediately feel like you are in a familiar place, and making you laugh. Big thanks to the whole team.
