The location is great which is why we gave them a second chance. Unfortunately the service team is visibly annoyed by guests. On our first visit the place was still half empty (early lunch) but they never came to ask for our order. 4-5 staff members were chit chatting behind the bar and one of them graciously took our order after I walked up to tell them what we wanted. On the second attempt we were served. Unfortunately the “Veggie Gröstl“ turned out to be thawed pre mixed veggies without any other ingredients (not even salt), served for added pleasure in a black wrought iron dish to look like it was something worth 12 €. It wasn’t. The doughnuts were clearly at least a day old and stale. Leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Haben eine Stunde auf die Getränke gewartet, das Essen kam nach insgesamt 1,5 Stunden aber war unvollständig. Es kam dann die Ansage, dass der Küchenchef soeben entschieden hat, dass die nächsten 90 min keinerlei Essen mehr serviert wird, selbst wenn es schon bestellt wurde. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es kurz nach 13 Uhr und die Bude war voll mit Leuten. Das Essen, welches kam hat leider nach nix geschmeckt. Der Apfelstrudel war direkt aus dem Kühlschrank und die Vanillesoße gerade so lauwarm. Das Personal war total überfordert, unhöflich und hat weder eine Maske getragen, noch die 2G Nachweise sehen wollen. Wir haben deswegen unser serviertes Essen schnell heruntergewürgt und sind dann weiter.
