Café Konditorei Hacker — Restaurant in Rattenberg

Awful experience. We reached the place at 5:20pm and we were immediately rushed to make our choice inside since after 5:30pm no more food could be served (the places closes at 6pm!). Despite asking for a warmed up apfelstrudel with whipped cream, I was served a cold one without whipped cream. Pointing it out only helped in having the whipped cream added to it, but still a cold apfelstrudel was served. At 5:52pm we were rudely rushed to leave the tables as the waitresses had to clean up. Cushions were removed from our seats while we were still seated, plates removed when we were still finishing our orders and finally we were rudely sent out 6 minutes before the actual closing...

Great food, pizza smelled wonderful even tho I didn't have one. The Wiener Schnitzel was amazing. Cakes look good too,.

Staff is stressed and impersonal though - this should be addressed as it is the sole factor that brings down this review,. The woman serving us barely had half a second to take our order before rushing over to another table. They had 1 woman waiting on the entire back restaurant. That's over a dozen tables. The people next to us were looking questionable whether they were ever going to be helped, and when they were taking a second too long to order drinks, she ran off again. You are missing out a lot of money by not asking people if they would like...

Deserves zero. It should put a sign foreigners are NOT allowed. Rude & racist. Bad food/drinks and service is worst. It’s not the language problem with the foreigner customers, it’s the attitude, disrespect and unprofessionalism of the staff with foreigners. The manager cares less.
