We also asked for the day's menu that was advertised outside. It was "surprisingly" not available. Yes, we had a proper meal, but I feel like it was just food. Not something to enjoy. We certainly do not align with the other reviews.

We were out on a Sunday trip with a friend and randomly came across this place – and wow, what a great surprise! The food was super tasty, full of flavor, and we loved the terrace with the cute garden and nice view. Huge shoutout to the young waiter – he was super friendly, helpful, explained everything really well, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Total pro! Big thanks also to the chef – the food was honestly amazing. 🫶🏼 Thanks for the great experience, we totally recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Was für ein Erlebnis! Das Café Restaurant Edelweiß hat uns komplett begeistert – vom ersten Moment bis zum letzten Bissen. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und authentisch, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – genau das, was man sich in den Bergen wünscht. Das Essen? Einfach überragend. Besonders das Schnitzel war ein absoluter Traum – frisch vor Ort geklopft, goldbraun paniert, außen knusprig und innen zart wie Butter. Man schmeckt sofort, dass hier mit echter Handwerkskunst gekocht wird. Auch die Beilagen waren top abgestimmt – alles hausgemacht und perfekt abgeschmeckt. Der Service verdient ein extra Lob: Unser Kellner war aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell – genau richtig dosiert, nie aufdringlich, aber immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte. So fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. Ein Ort, an den man gerne wiederkommt – nicht nur wegen des hervorragenden Essens, sondern wegen des rundum stimmigen Erlebnisses. Absolute Empfehlung! Wer in Reutte ist und nicht hier einkehrt, verpasst etwas.

What a great place! Reasonably priced daily specials during the week. We took the backroads from Neuschwanstein and stopped here for lunch. So glad we did!
