A rather unique place. Seems to be part of some sort of resort with a small lake and lots of stuff to do around it. Perfect if you are coming with kids. We came without it so the stunning view was being disrupted by the noise and little ones running rampant. The view of the castle was really nice and so were the staff. But the food was…well it was different story. It is not often you get a pizza that is too salty, but the dough was so salty it was not possible to finish it. Cordon blue was okay. The side salad that came with was pretty bad - there were corb, beans, salad, tomatoes and mashed potatoes in it. Seemed like someone has made a mistake and it was clear that it was made several hours ago, drenching it with vinegar did not do it any favors either. And there was sweet jam with the chicken too. Seemed like a very disjointed dish. The ice cream was great though! Overall it is mixed bag, i would recommend going if you are with kids. The dishes and everything else seems to be aimed to accommodate...

wir hatten eigentlich vor dort unsere Erstkommunion zu feiern, um sicher zu gehen, wollten wir vorher noch mal dort essen gehen. Am 27.3.19 waren wir dann dort um "Probe zu essen". Wir wurden sehr nett bedient. Das Essen war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Wer meint bei Pizza kann man nicht viel verkehrt machen, der irrt. Ich hatte eine mit Rohschinken und Rucola bestellt, aber nur eine Hälfte mit Belag da mein Sohn (3) nix auf der Pizza will, ausser Käse und Soße. Die pizza war trocken, dürr und steinhart (die gesamte Pizza, nicht nur der Rand) Der Käse war dunkelbraun und knusprig, insgesamt blieb der ganze Boden mit der wenig bis gar nicht vorhandenen Soße und dem dürren Käse übrig. Vielleicht eine neue Interpretation der Steinofenpizza 🤔. In der man das Wort STEIN zu wörtlich nimmt... Mein Mann und meine Tochter aßen jeweils, ein saisonal angepasstes Tagesmenü. Bärlauchsuppe und gebratene Scampi auf Bärlauch Risotto. Die Suppe war sehr gut, sahnig, gut gewürzt und die leichte schärfe von Bärlauch. Was man sich hätte ersparen können, den frischen julienne Bärlauch oben auf, das machte die Suppe schon sehr scharf und für meine Tochter wars zu viel. Man könnte selbigen z. B. kurz, sehr heiß frittieren. Die Scampis waren als einzigste, perfekt gebraten und echt wahnsinnig gut. Das Risotto war kein Risotto. Ich habe selbst Köchin gelernt, schon oft Risotto gemacht und noch viel öfter gegessen! Ich weiß beim besten willen nicht, wie man das zustande gebracht hat. Evtl hat man schon fertiges, kaltes Risotto in der MW erwärmt und uns dann serviert? 🤔 oder man hat Pulver Parmesan über kalten Reis gestreut und Barlauch untergemischt. Der Rundkornreis war wenigstens vorhanden, allerdings, naja wie soll ich sagen, es war grün, bröckelig und lauwarm... Evtl war die Küche auch überfordert, 3 einfache Mahlzeiten zu zubereiten. Ausser uns war noch ein Tisch besetzt. Die allerdings waren schon beim Dessert. Von der Besitzerin des Seehauses bin ich in allen Maßen enttäuscht, ich mag mich erinnern, dass die von Ihr zubereiteten Speisen immer ausgezeichnet waren. Was ist da passiert?i Aja, fast vergessen. Unsere Erstkommunion haben wir dann doch nicht dort gefeiert. Wir besuchten statt dessen ein gutbürgerliches Gasthaus in Leitersdorf mit ausgezeichneter Küche und...

This cozy restaurant is on the shore of a lake which is also a pool in the summertime, there are more entertainment to enjoy but these times you have to pay some fee to visit. We were in the 1st of November so only the restaurant was opened but we loved every single minute we spent there, the view is fantastic with a castle in the background. As for the restaurant itself the food is awesome, the staff is super kind and helpful, the prices are okay, and they are so fast, I've never been served as fast as here, literally the food has come out in minutes AND it was fresh!
