Food was great and well priced. Drinks were also lovely but quite expensive. However, the issue was with service. Once we ordered with the rude blond waiter, food came quick. Buuut it then took 1/2 hour for us to try order dessert. After 20 minutes, I had asked some of the other waiters but the first brushed us aside and the second shouted at me and some other guys that we weren’t in his area. Anyway, we gave up on dessert and just wanted to pay. Which then took another 15 minutes as we were stuck with our original angry waiter who it turns out couldn’t work the card machine, shouted and argued with more waiters, other waiting customers and the machine.

It's a pretty building however the service is horrible. We had to ask the staff to be served even thought they were walking around our table for some time. When we did finally get a server to take our order she was incredibly rude. We tried to speak to her in english but she didn't really understand so we tried in german and even then she absolutely didn't try to understand us. The food was alright but it's was way too overpriced. Then we tried to order some coffee but again the server took some time to get here and instead went to the other customers. We ordered cappuccino but she brought espresso instead. when we ask her about the cappuccino, she seemed incredibly annoyed. Overall it wasn't a...

Only the location of this alm deserves to be mentioned on the map of Saalbach... What an exceptionally depressing figure in the service. Food is by no means bad here, even if it takes a long time. Nevertheless:
Before I could even mention an amount to settle, the waiter told me that 10% tip is common in very and very poor English.
Why this waiter speaks English at all to a German-speaking company is a question apart. Never experienced anything like this before. By the way, toilets are also very DIRTY. In an average Parisian nightclub it is cleaner and there is less urine on the floor and against the walls.
