Edit: Response to owners response: I'll post my response here, instead of an email. We arrived to your restaurant and found a table upstairs ourselves, since the staff shoved no interest in helping us find somewhere to sit, whatsoever. The table was a bit apart, from the rest, kind of a lounge area. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take our orders, but none did. My wife then went over to ask if we could order, but was abruptly hushed back to the table and that we had to wait as there was only table service. After some minutes another waiter came and wanted to put furs and pillows on the seats, but since it was quite hot and very sunny we told her that it wasn't necessary. She was very clearly annoyed and said angrily in bad German that her colleague had instructed her to do it, so she had to. I politely told her to tell her colleague that we preferred to sit there without furs, pillows and blankets because of the heat. She walked away without saying anything giving us an angry stare. After another five minutes another waiter came to take our orders. We had then waited so long that we didn't have time to eat anymore, and ordered just drinks. We got the drinks, we drank them, payed, and left, passing the waiters none bothered to say goodbye or apologizing for the service they at this stage must have knows was...

Besuch der Wallegalm: Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Mein Besuch in der Wallegalm war eine absolute Freude, die ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen kann. Das Essen war hervorragend, mit einer Vielfalt an Gerichten, die alle frisch und köstlich waren. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss, und es war offensichtlich, dass hochwertige Zutaten verwendet und die Gerichte mit großer Sorgfalt zubereitet wurden.

Das Personal war ebenfalls außergewöhnlich und spielte eine große Rolle in der positiven Erfahrung, speziellen Dank an Mariao. Sie waren nicht nur unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sondern auch sehr professionell. Ihr Einsatz für exzellenten Service machte unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns besonders willkommen fühlten.

Ein besonderes Highlight unseres Besuchs war die Abschlussfeier mit Knossi, die in der Wallegalm stattfand. Die Atmosphäre war elektrisierend und machte den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Es war eine großartige Kombination aus hervorragendem Essen, exzellentem Service und einer faszinierenden Gesellschaft.

Insgesamt war unser Besuch in der Wallegalm eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen möchte. Von der außergewöhnlichen Qualität des Essens bis zum hervorragenden Service und der einzigartigen Atmosphäre der Abschlussfeier mit Knossi - alles war perfekt. Ich kann es kaum erwarten,...
