Yes I understand that the people as they grow older will have a lot of problems clinically and emotionally and always there is a mood swing. Pathetic behaviour from the staff. 🤮 I went to the hotel with 2 kids and my wife on a Friday evening. We did not had reservation. So we asked them if they have a table available for 4. Very politely they showed us a table and took our order. After taking the order they showed their real shameless face. They asked us to leave the place in one hour. They took 30 mins to deliver the food and did not even show up to ask if we need anything else. The staff were so rude and they asked us to feed the kids if we want to finish in 30 mins. They did not had the courtesy to inform us that the reservation is only for 1 hour when they offered the table. It was so disrespectful the way they behaved to my 2 year old son.
Since the restaurant replied to my comment - like the staff already informed me.. here is the full story..! I have the audio recording as well of the cheap behaviour from the owner disrespecting the children.
The problem is with the attitude and behaviour. I did not grab any table, instead I politely asked them if they have a table for 4. They had every right to say No or could have told us that the restaurant is fully booked from 7:30.. I would have gone to another place. Instead the staff asked (I saw him going inside and talking with the owner) us to sit and, they took 10 mins to take the order. The poor kids they were so happy to choose something and tell the order. After taking the order it was such rude to say ‘khilado bachon ko.. you should leave in 1 hour.’ When the kids were half done, he (the owner) came back again and I said we are done and said we finished before one hour in a normal way. He started almost like shouting and said - I don’t want to hear anything from you..! ( it was in Hindi.. I don’t remember the exact words) and removed the plates.
I came back home and order food for the children from...
Read moreI am living in Germany from last 8 years and travelled many EU countries. I have visited many Indian restaurants in Europe but this is best among all. We were coming back from our vacation from Croatia via Villach(Austria), and our friends recommended this restaurant to us so, we have decided that we will make at stop at this restaurant. But it was supposed to be close at 2:30pm and we were going to reach there at this time. And we called restaurant to check if it can be open. And then uncle said you come we will see don’t worry! That’s it. I ordered Mango lassi and by mistakenly it was spilled by me. Then he brought me new mango lassi and didn’t charge extra for that! That’s actually our Indian culture and nature but people are forgetting it nowadays! Food was best in Europe until now, sitting place was awesome( green fields in front), relaxing chairs, Quantity is enough, I would say perfect place to go and eat Indian food. This will be my permanent stop whenever I will travel...
