Peterbaueralm — Restaurant in Sankt Michael im Lungau

We had a pizza which was quite nice, however it's a shame the black haired waitress ruined my whole afternoon when it came to paying. She just gave me an amount, with no bill. I asked for a bill before I paid but she said "no". I said "ok, then a receipt after I pay to see what I paid for" She said NO. she continued to refuse to provide me with a bill, I asked her " how do I know what I'm paying for then" she said "it's what you ate / drank". I said "OK, I'm not paying until you provide me with a bill". She then leant over me, and reached out her arm which had the credit card machine and pointed it to my phone which was on the table fave down, and Google wallet made the payment !!!!! This waitress and restaurant are fraudulent. I went to speak to the owner and he was even worse. Said he didn't speak English but really didn't care at all! When I said I'll call my bank / fraud no. / police they shouted at each other in German and she went to the till and spent a very long time trying to create a bill. It seems the reason she may not have wanted to provide me with a bill might have been because she charged me €4 more than what I should have been charged. She threw a 2€ coin in my face !! When I read the receipt, it showed I'd been charged €3.50 for a GLASS of water !! AND what is even more annoying is that the payment was actually taken from my UK card (the wrong card) and I was charged an international payment fee for this by my bank. SO RUDE. ILLEGAL. Wir waren im Juli an einem Freitag mittags nach einer Wanderung auf der Peterbaueralm und haben uns auf eine leckere Mahlzeit gefreut. Was soll ich sagen - ich habe schon einige schlechte Restaurants besucht, aber die Peterbaueralm steht ganz vorne auf der Liste. Warum? Weil es kulinarische Todsünden gibt, die ein Lokal ganz nach vorne auf die schwarze Liste schießen, und dazu gehört: kaltes, bestenfalls lauwarmes Essen (Spätzle mit Sauce) und kaltes, nicht durchgegartes Fleisch (Tagesgericht: Fleischspieß mit Pommes, letztere in altem Fett totfrittiert). Beides erlebt auf besagter Alm. Essen wurde zurückgegeben mit der Bitte, durchzugaren bzw. warm zu machen - ist der Küche leider nicht gelungen, die Spätzle kamen genauso lau zurück, das Fleisch war mäßig durch und nicht sehr heiß. Die Portion überdies für fast 20 Euro im Mikro-Bereich. Als das Geschirr abgeräumt wurde, schmetterte der Kellner uns ein fröhliches „hat geschmeckt?!“ entgegen (eher Aussage als Frage), drehte sich auf dem Absatz um und war in Sekundenbruchteilen verschwunden, ohne eine Antwort von uns abzuwarten. Ich möchte dazu erwähnen, dass es ein kalter, regnerischer Sommertag war und nicht viel los war. Great hospitality, and a friendly atmosphere. It would be slightly rude to say they do simple food done very well. But that’s what we experienced and enjoyed.
