(Maybe could be better out high season, but I don't take the risk again, sorry)||This is Family Hotel with too much kids making noise and parents who don't care nothing. The Staff probably wasn't too friendly because they had a lot of work or because they are arrogant like a lot of guests, but the attitude could be better... (professional attitude)||If you have a Family, or you don't care the noises and arrogant people. This is your place. ||The Hotel is nearby a Main Road and the traffic and the noise is terrible, and a major road-work doesn't help at all.||The only good thing I can say about this Hotel is the professional work and friendly attitude of the young man in the Bar-Restaurant. ||Thank you for being so professional and kind to us.|| Auf...

Tschüß, Wilder Kaiser. Alles Gute in der gastronomischen Wildnis! Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder im Restaurant Wilder Kaiser, und im Gegensatz zu früher war es eine reine Enttäuschung!

Von der Bestellung bis zum Essen gut eineinhalb Stunden Wartezeit! Die Bedienung sehr "speziell". Ein Versuch von Spaßvogel, was aber nicht gelang, auch nicht bei den Kindern am Nachbartisch, die eher verschreckt wirkten. Auf Nachfrage, wann das Essen endlich kommt ("in ein paar Minuten, ich habe das beschleunigt") hat es nochmal eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Zwischendurch habe ich auch angeboten, wieder zu gehen, wenn es nicht klappt, aber das wollte man auch nicht (Umsatz geht vor) - beschleunigt hat es den Ablauf auch nicht. "Vorsicht, sehr heiß" hieß es dann bei den Kässpatzen. Die Vorsicht war nicht angebracht, sie waren nur noch lauwarm. Die Leute vom Nachbartisch kamen nach uns, und als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, haben dort bereits die nächsten Gäste gespeist. Immer wieder Tische, wo die Leute vor uns das Essen bekamen, obwohl sie später kamen. Mindestens einer anderen Familie ging es genauso, die Leute haben ganz traurig ausgeschaut während der Wartezeit.

Zur Klarstellung: überall kann es mal ein Problem geben - es ist die Frage, wie man damit umgeht. Von anderen Restaurants kenne ich es, dann dann die Bedienung mal kommt und sagt, "Entschuldigung, wir haben ein Problem in der Küche" oder "leider ist die Bestellung nicht durchgegangen, tut mir sehr Leid". Und dass man sich für die Verspätung mit einem kostenlosen Nachtisch entschuldigt, wie ich es z.B. im Bräustüberl in Weihenstephan / Freising erlebt habe (dort für missglückte Kässpatzen). Auf meine Anregung, dass der Chef uns die Getränke nachlässt als Entschuldigung, wurde ich zur Theke "zitiert" - wo der Chef dann aber keine Zeit hatte.

Es hat eine Stimmung von Galgenhumor geherrscht an unserem Tisch. Das Essen selber, soweit es heiß war, war in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Für den Urlaub stellt man sich vor allem einen besseren Umgang mit den Gästen vor. Wenn es eine angenehme Umgebung ist, sieht man über Vieles hinweg.

Reservierungen waren nur für 18 oder 20 Uhr möglich. Um 18 Uhr war also das Haus voll mit neuen Gästen. Ob die Küche deshalb überfordert war weiß ich nicht - ist mir auch egal. Das zu organisieren ist Sache des Hauses. Und eine kleine Erklärung und Entschuldigung hätte bei uns schon viel bewirkt.
