McDonald's — Restaurant in Schlitters

We only received a partial order on our table. But we couldn’t prove it because the ordering machine did not print papers anymore. The restaurant was very crowded and clearly they were not handling it. I went to the register and asked politely to the employee if I could get the rest of my order. She smiled at me then called a colleague. She told her and they both blew raspberries and smiled. Then one told me to please wait a minute. 15 minutes later I was still standing there in the crowd waiting. My wife came asking if we would get our meal and I decided to scream very loud that 15 minutes ago I was asked to wait one minute. By magic we got another part of our order. Egal ob man etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt oder im Drive in bestellt, sogar wenn man am Tisch etwas bestellt…. Die Bestellungen sind zu 90% fehlerhaft und falsch.

Letztens habe ich im Shop eine Vanille-Caramell Tasche bestellt und eine Apfeltasche bekommen und anstatt eines Bananenmilchshakes einen Erdbeer-Milchshake bekommen…. Als ich die Damen darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde ich nur blöd angemeckert weshalb ich von der Apfeltasche abgebissen habe (habe im Gespräch nicht bemerkt, dass es eine Apfeltaschen-Verpackung war). Von einer Entschuldigung keine Spur.

Heute (07.02.2025) haben wir über die App zum Abholen bestellt. Beim Kontrollieren am Tresen, ist mir aufgefallen, dass die falschen Pommes eingepackt waren und dass eine Sauce vergessen wurde. Die unfreundliche Bedienung (die mit dem langen Zopf) war genervt darüber, dass ich nicht Platz mache, sondern dass ich Kontrolliere und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, lästerte sie genervt in ihrer Heimatsprache mit ihrem Kollegen.

Fehler können passieren, besonders wenn man unter Zeitdruck ist, aber eine Entschuldigung müsste schon drin sein.
