For six years now we have been staying in the Hotel Al Torrent which lies at the end of the village of See, situated in the Paznaun valley See is15 Km from Landeck. The valley goes through to Ischgl and up to the Silvretta mountain Range. The Ski resort is good for all ages and experience and is ideal for springtime and summer walking and sightseeing.||The Hotel "Al Torrent" is a very reasonably priced Hotel and Resturant. run by the most accommodating family Gaby and Raimond Pircher. The rooms are spacious, quiet and are all self contained, and perfectly serviced. The Hotel offers breakfast only or half pension (breakfast and evening meal).||The breakfast is as much as you ever wish to have, the choice is unlimited. The evening meal is a set menu and this year with their new chef the cuisine as good if not better than as in any expensive restaurant in a major city; however you are given a choice in the morning if you wish to have the menu or you can choose anything from the ala carte menu of the restaurant. Very good pizza and pasta for an Austrian restaurant restaurant. The pizzas are prepared in a wooden oven, the toppings are probably too much Austrian adjusted. I took a pizza with prosciutto crudo, rucola mozzarella and tomatoes. Unfortunately the put the crudo in the oven.... Apart of.that it was a good pizza. My friend took a pasta.
