We went here and it was dissapointing. First we were placed in the reception and because of that we were separated from the group, meanwhile there were other customers sitting with our group, so we could’ve easliy sat with our group, but instead they put us in the reception. That’s why the ambience was bad. The waiters also looked really grumpy and weren’t very polite. The food tastes good, but not for its price. It is expensive for the amount you get. Went for a dinner Sunday evening mid-february 2022. Had the entrecote with pepper sauce and potato croquetes. The steak was well cooked (medium as ordered), quite tender, and had a nice sear. Im 2018 waren wir nicht mehr so begeistert wie früher. Trotzdem wollten wir es dieses Jahr wieder probieren. Leider waren wir noch enttäuschter. Die Bedienung war arrogant, unfreundlich und verstand die deutsche Sprache nicht wirklich. Dies führte zu Fehler in der Bestellung. Z.B. wurde ein Eisthe anstelle eines Sprites serviert. Bestellte Essen wurden an die falschen Tische serviert weil die Logistik rsp. Kommunikation des Personals nicht klappte. Die Teller wurden nach dem Essen abgeräumt ohne Blickkontakt zur Kundschaft oder der üblichen Frage ob das Essen geschmeckt hat. Weder eine Frage nach Kaffee oder Dessert wurde gestellt. Zum bezahlen mit den Karten muss man ins Restaurant da anscheinend keine Mobilen Geräte vorhanden sind. Das war vor zig Jahren so aber nicht mehr im 2019. Vermutlich wird nur so gearbeitet wie entlöhnt wird. (Annahme) Solange die Gäste kommen und das Restaurant läuft wird sich vermutlich auch nichts ändern.
