Thank you Katharina for creating a once in a lifetime special experience for me and my fiancee.

This restaurant is truly special and we will be returning in the future, the attention to detail is amazing and the food is absolutely beautiful.

I emailed Katharina requesting a special meal for our engagement which happened earlier that day. She created a very special menu with traditional food and local ingredients to celebrate the ocassion, she even gave us a private room to enjoy the experience.

Every course was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. I am so thankful for all the work everyone at the Restaurant put in to make our engagement meal a once in a lifetime ocassion. Katharina even helped to book a musician to play the Zinther with romantic music, this moment will be a beautiful memory of ours for the rest of our lives.

I can't thank Katharina enough, she runs a truly amazing restaurant and all the staff are so friendly and attentive to every detail.

Amazing!:) We visited this restaurant during our trip, right on the first day of opening for the new summer season, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The place is cozy and beautifully decorated, with a wonderful atmosphere. It also offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and nearby mountain peaks. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming – sending our warm regards to you! The food was excellent; everything was simply perfect, nothing to complain about.

Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Extraklasse – 10 von 10!

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen – und es war ein echter Volltreffer. Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben habe ich Wild gegessen, und ich hätte mir keinen besseren Einstieg wünschen können. Geschmacklich war es auf den Punkt, zart, aromatisch und perfekt abgestimmt – einfach hervorragend.

Bereits der Auftakt mit einer Suppe und fluffigen Kaspressknödeln war ein Genuss. Das gesamte Menü, vom ersten Löffel bis zum letzten Bissen des Desserts, war durchweg überzeugend. Es zog sich angenehm über den Abend und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Auch der Service verdient eine glatte 10 von 10. Aufmerksam, freundlich und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich – genau so wünscht man sich das.

Als besonderes Highlight zum Abschluss: der hausgemachte Wildkräuter-Gin – unglaublich erfrischend und ein idealer Begleiter zu diesem außergewöhnlichen Essen.
