Since I had no idea what bosna could be, I definitely had to taste the best in the world. It was great, indeed. Additionally, we found the best chef/owner/waiter in Austria (probably in the world). Onkel Tom was supercute, giving us a great experience for our meal and stay, and free chocolate cakes just because(?) my wife is pregnant. Cheers from Hungary, Tom, you're the best!

Bosna used to be one of my favorite snacks. Since I turned vegetarian, though, I could no longer enjoy the wonderful flavor explosion this dish provides.

During my last visit in Tamsweg, I noticed the sign listing Vegetarian Bosna among the typical local meat dishes. First I was a little unsure, but then I decided to give it a try...

Oh what a delight!!!! Tastes exactly as I remember the originals! Yeay!!! Now, guests from all over the world have a chance to try this Austrian specialty, even if they are vegetarians...

I shared the Bosna with some of my family - all long time vegetarians. Their verdict: Awesome! Delicious! Mh Mh Mh!

Waren heute beim Herrn Chef, Thomas Prodinger, dem Onkel Tom, und haben vor der Hütte in der Sonne die original weltbeste Bosna im Lungau gegessen!

Für den Hund haben wir frisches Wasser mit Eiswürfeln bekommen, so daß auch der vierbeinige Begleiter glücklich war - VIELEN DANK!

Onkel Tom hat uns dann noch einen ganz tollen Ausflug-Tipp gegeben: Der nur 9 km entfernt gelegene Bergsee Prebersee ist ein richtig schönes Platzl! SEHENSWERT!

Ich kann Euch nur empfehlen, ebenfalls erst eine Original und super gschmackige Bosna und ein Getränk zu nehmen und dann zum Prebersee hinauf zu fahren!

Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Rast in Onkel Tom's...
