I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. If I could I would give 0 stars.
I came to this picturesque place in romantic wine yards with my boyfriend, who was already sitting and waiting for me on the table. Before ordering, I just wanted to pee, so I can enjoy my beverage in comfort as our table was at the end of the wine yard. As I went inside to ask for the toilet key, I first met the nice guy who handed me the key over, then suddenly I had to deal with an unreasonably hostile and rude response from an angry old “lady” sitting on the table next to the bar. She immediately interrogated me in a very aggressive tone about whether I was a guest. I calmly explained that I was about to order right after using the toilet, and that my partner was already seated.
Her sarcastic, mocking response “Yes, of course you’ll be a guest” was not only unprofessional, it was incredibly insulting. I was shocked by how unnecessarily rude and condescending she was. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt humiliated. I returned the key without using the restroom and left, deeply upset.
This could have been a beautiful experience of a wonderful sunset in the wine yards, but the attitude of the “lady” completely ruined it. I strongly suggest management to address this behavior, as it’s not just unpleasant, it actively drives paying...

We ordered a vegetarian and tuna fish flammkuchen, both were absolutely delicious. The food was so nice that, before we even get a chance to take a photo of the food the plate was...
