McDonald's Wien — Restaurant in Vienna

Almost everytime I go there and order something to go, there is one or multiple items missing from the list. The latest: paid 2 cakes and only got one. If I don't check the order thoroughly there, when I get it, chances are that I will find out when I get home that I didn't receive what I paid for. And is always less, not more. At this point, I wonder if this is actually on purpose...?

Another weird thing: it's been at least 3 years since the Mayo is out of stock, I could never buy it from them and if, by any mistake, appears to be available to order, I will always get another random sauce instead without being notified or asked if I want it.

For the enormous waiting times. And this because of the staff! Also if you have a larger order, wait until you get sick. They don't prepare orders in the order they were given, but by size. So if you buy a lot you're nothing in their eyes, if you buy a burger you're VIP. I swear, next time I'm gonna place 15 separate orders for each family member. And all with Tisch service, not Pick up as before. That's if I'm...

They went crazy with the prices! I felt like having a Coke and stopped by - they charged me Eur 3.4!!!! (maybe even 3.8, didn't keep the bill) for a diluted coke, and additionally diluted with a bunch of ice! There's a Shell petrol station right next to this McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and buy at the petrol station - you'll save money and will get the full taste. Never going back there. I'm NOT loving...
