TURTLES PIZZA — Restaurant in Vienna

We went as a family and asked if we can eat there.One man said sure and started putting tables together.Then someone else came and asked how long do we need to eat?! (How long do they need to make us food would be the question)Then we said if it’s problem we can take away , and he was very aggressive and said yes better… then he changed his mind and started saying we should sit but was all the time very unpleasant and loud… i just said on end we will go as children got very upset…I didn’t tried their food but surely left a bitter taste in mouth!!! Will never ever even try to go there again!!! Very bad people working there, I’m also in gastronomy and I know how people know to be heavy, but I always keep smiling and trying to help… but this...

1 stunde und 30 minuten habe ich auf mein essen gewartet! Zwei Mal hab ich angerufen, bei ersten mal wurde mir gesagt es wird in in paar Minuten geliefert, beim zweiten mal eine halbe stunde später sagt mir der Mitarbeiter in einem unfreundlichen ton ja wird gleich da sein. Meine Bestellung war im übringen nicht richtig ich hab eine Pizza mit Knoblauch bestellt, extra bei der anmerkung : bitte mit viel knoblauch angegebn und da ist kein Knoblauch drauf! Ich hab eine Margarita pizza mit extra käse bestellt und wo ist der? Nicht da! Sehr enttäuschend ich war ein richtiger fan von Turtles aber das ist schon das zweite mal das sowas passiert! By far my favourite pizza spot in Vienna. There is nothing else to say or debate, simply the best.

I only wish they could keep up with the orders, their usual delivery times can be a bit much to bare when...
