Cafe See la Vie — Restaurant in Walchsee

We took a break here on our way from Austria to Munich. It is beautifully located opposite a parking lot on the country road beside a scenic lake. It is the perfect location to relax for a while on your road trip in the alps. Very much kids friendly with play area and grass. One can also hire a boat or swim in the lake if t hey desire. We throughly enjoyed this place. We only took a coffee break here and hence didn't eat food.

The guy he served us is not polite enough i ask for English menu he says we don’t have by un polite speaks i order normal beef burger but he brings another on i tell him i will not eat something i don’t order but he doesn’t respect and he says I don’t want to make problems and he rise his voice and he says i have to pay for something i don’t eat and order it i go to to the owner of the cafe or the manger to explain to him the situation but he is the same not polite ever and not respectful and he says go out from my cafe this behavior it’s shameful and they do not respect...

Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Den einen Stern vergebe ich nur, weil keinen zu vergeben nicht geht. Okay, nehmen wir den einen für die schöne Aussicht. Das war es dann auch schon. Wir sind Vormittags an unserem ersten Urlaubstag mit unseren beiden Kindern angereist und wollten etwas frühstücken. Es gab zur Auswahl etwas, was nicht in der Karte steht: Schinkenbrötchen, Käsebrötchen, Omelett oder Spiegelei. Wir bestellten ein Schinkenbrötchen und 3 Spiegeleier, 2x heiße Schokolade und einen Kaffee. Wir waren geschockt von dem was wir bekommen haben. Die Spiegeleier wurden lieblos auf einem Kuchenteller serviert. Ohne Gewürze, ohne irgendwas anderes. Nicht einmal eine mini Scheibe Brot war dabei. Das Schinkenbrötchen war ein trockenes Brötchen mit einer Scheibe gekochten Schinken und einem Salatblatt. Ohne Butter, Remoulade oder sonst irgendwas. Kaffee und heiße Schokolade waren auch ein Witz für den Preis. Dazu war die Bedienung auch sehr unfreundlich. Bei Fragen verdrehte sie die Augen. Selbst zu unseren Kindern (13 und 10 Jahre).
