I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with the “face control” system at your club. Upon my arrival, I was stopped by security and informed that I did not meet the “face control” standards, even though I had purchased a table online in advance.
I am a visitor in your country and a global nightlife photographer based in Dubai, and I have been to many clubs around the world. However, this is the first time I have been treated in such a manner.
I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated as a tourist, as it felt selective and unfair.

The club is basically for white people. I am Portuguese but because I have brown skin, I was denied entry. The dress code was perfectly followed, the tickets were present and I went with my partner as a couple. My only fault is that I am brown skinned. I have travelled all across Europe and been to so many high end techno clubs. When they say we follow “strict” rules, they basically mean they strictly make sure that you are white.
