My review here? It’s great!
Let me tell you about my experience with the hotel.
Personally, I liked where it was located. It’s kinda far from the loud traffic. And the terrain is good for those who likes to walk. It helps your stamina because the way to the hotel is up. Far and going up. You can rent a taxi if you don’t like walking.
The inside of the hotel is good, starting with the accomodating receptionists, specially Asiman, who is good at English. They will entertain all your queries and gives recommendation on places to visit, food to eat, and just general things tourist needs to know.
City of Baku is known as the “City of Winds” and if you stay in this hotel, you will know for sure why. I hear the wind blowing outside my room ( near the balcony)
Regarding the amenities, there’s a shared kitchen where you can use some appliances and/or things. It will really make you feel at home.
About the price, it’s a good price! You get what your money is worth or exceeded a little bit.
Oh, by the way, if you are a cat lover, they have 3 cats there! One of them is Liza. I think she likes me.
If you like night stroll, this hotel is near Baku Eye / Dəniz mall / Baki bulvari. The sight is so good that you will also see the Flame Towers.
In a nutshell, book your hotels in here. As it’s budget friendly. If you have inquiries, you can contact any receptionist but if you want a smooth sailing talk, look for Asiman as he will help you through with it with a reassuring...
Read moreRed roof is an average ,3 stars hotel, and it worths the price you pay. Staff are really nice and helpful and friendly. We had a quick check in and was shown to our room Breakfast and kitchen atmosphere remind you grandma's kitchen. The lady at kitchen is so kind and caring and every morning she surprises you with some new snacks beside the usual breakfast. It would be more polite if you do not just leave your table,It is better to take your dishes and put them in the sink.||Wifi speed is not very good, but it works. Room light at night was not enough. ||Hotel location is not a problem for people who likes walking . After 5 minutes walking in Aydin Mammadov (downhill, but in way back to hotel uphill and stairs take more time and breath :)) ) and crossing the highway using underground passage, you are in bus stop. Bus number 5, 6,88,125 takes you to city center( Azneft square, Icheri sheher, sahil....) and it takes 10 minutes. At the end of Qurban Abbasov street you can find Bazaar store witch is a big store and is 7-10 minutes far from hotel. Kengelli Kebab is a good 24/7 restaurant in neighborhood and has delicious Kebabs and prices are...
Read moreA very great place filled with great and caring people. It was my first time in Baku and I found this place that is located in a place that is cozy, calm and quiet. It is not far from city center which you can get there by walk and for me, it was a magnificent experience to walk alongside the sea while going to the center.
My room had the majestic view of the sea which relieved me while looking at nights. The theme of the room gave me the older times design and I exceptionally loved that. They also have a swimming pool which is excellent for summer and I will definitely come back for much longer stay in summer for tasting the summer vibes here as well.
I am also suprised how safe the place was in general that I could walk outside at midnights. The service from reception was just perfect. They helped with anything I needed, ordering food, getting directions and everything you would think of. Their service made feel just like at home or relative's.
Thank you, receptionists, for making this trip incredible for me. See...
