The atmosphere at the café was very pleasant – calm music, a cozy setting, and an interior that matched my vibe perfectly. As someone who follows a specific diet, I really appreciated the variety of gluten-free and sugar-free desserts available. The fact that these desserts were served in glass containers was both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

I ordered an iced matcha latte, but unfortunately, it wasn’t properly prepared. The drink had unblended matcha clumps from the beginning, and even after requesting a remix, it was returned in the same state. When we pointed this out, the response we received suggested that the team may not yet be fully prepared to handle customer feedback effectively or show interest in continuous improvement. While this moment was a bit disappointing, I hope with time they become more open to refining their service based on such experiences.

On the positive side, the cutlery was metal, and the straws were not plastic, which I loved – it shows attention to sustainability and hygiene.

Overall, despite the matcha not meeting my expectations, the café still left a positive impression with its welcoming vibe, dietary-friendly menu, and thoughtful details. I would be happy to return and try something...

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I went to this place with my 3-month-old baby and asked to sit outside where there were clearly free tables. They told us the area was “reserved” — but when we messaged the café later, they said they don’t even take reservations.

So basically, they lied to our faces. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers. It seems they choose who they want to serve based on their own mood or personal preferences.

I will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone who values honesty or basic...

We ordered 2 iced matcha lattes, one with coconut milk and vanilla syrup, and the other one was plane. Coconut milk matcha latte was mid, however the plain matcha latte was awful, fully white color. When we complained about it, they took it back to remake it. Brought back the same matcha latte that tasted even more like milk.
