3 S Bakery — Restaurant in New Providence

The place we planned to order from was closed unexpectedly, so we randomly found 3 S Bakery on Google last minute and placed an order the day before our event and they were great!! They were able to match the colors on the cake to our theme (I believe they include up to 3 colors) and we were able to order half vanilla and half chocolate. The buttercream was firm and the piping was very professional. The cake was moist and delicious. We got the smallest size cake and it was HUGE. We ordered at around 10am and it was ready for pick up the next day at 12pm. They only accept cash (we used US Dollars). You must bring your receipt for pickup. Only one of the staff members at this bakery makes any kind of sense and it's the tall lady who always has the ponytail. Went there after 7am and was told no croissants were ready. Asked the baker when they would be ready, she said in half an hour. I went back, while standing at the back of the line asking them to save me one as I had already used my gas and drove there earlier. The short woman who saw me earlier that morning ignored me and they sold out all of the croissants. Good customer service would be to put one aside as soon as you see the person...

Customer service is terrible. Attitude is all you get once you enter and they act like they're doing you a favor forgetting the fact that it's our money that pays them. Everyone faces are always built up like they don't want to be there. GO FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU'RE SO UNHAPPY THERE. Give your faces rest and learn to smile but in the meantime train these ladies because people are spending their money for good customer service and not to be turned off by not eating the pastries ...
