Bamboo Grill house has a better menu and taste as compared with the other Bamboo Shack restaurants. The wait time is usually long. Additionally, they were on Kraven, but it appears as this was discontinued. When we placed an order through Kraven, the wait was long before they accepted it. The menu is varied and the choices are always appealing. However, there should be improvement with turnaround time. The customer service is okay, but parking at the location is sometimes a problem. Just like all the food establishments in The Bahamas, they have a weird thing where they HAVE to put ketchup on your fries whether you ask them to do so or not.
