KFC — Restaurant in New Providence

Kentucky fried chicken was a disappointment! I ordered spicy bbq wings only to find out that they give u the sauce in a separate container and u suppose to cover the wings yourself. I wanted to believe that this allowed the customer to add as much or little sauce as he/she wished OR an alternative to dip wings in sauce instead of covering them. However, the wings were bland, a tad bit undercooked and the breading was falling completely off. Who ever made those wings were not in a good mood! Kentucky please do better next time. Went there and the workers were handling a big order, now I can understand that the order is big but do you need every worker to be doing that one order? After waiting for 25 mins my order was taken, but at what cost? All of my lunch. You need to understand that some patrons are on lunch breaks, the manager should have handled that situation better than that.
