Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (Carmichael Road) — Restaurant in New Providence

Any tourist looking to order Popeyes, skip right past this Carmichael road location and go straight to the Robinson road location. I ordered my usual and THE MANAGER made ignorant comments about my Canadian accent and requested another $10-$12 from me. I questioned why is it different from any other time and she proceeded to cancel my order saying she couldn’t understand my accent and refused my order. Her loss as I was ordering a 12 piece family meal and she just lost business. I went ahead to order from Robinson road location instead. Waaaaay better! Best Popeyes I’ve had yet! It was actually fresh and juicy too, unlike the disgusting Carmichael location that serves half boxes of cold fries with dried out chicken and old dried out crumbly biscuits with a side of bitter cvnt of a manager.

Long story short, always go Robinson...

Arrived on the drive thru about 20 minutes before closing time. Waited on the line for some time only to reach to the ordering window to have one of Popeyes employees greet me by saying that there is no chicken, only shrimp available. OK, certainly I understand that it was close to closing time and your ready to go home. However, what made it so terrible is that while on the drive thru one of the employees came out and counted the remaining vehiclea on the line. Which I initially thought was smart thinking so th at they can estimate how much more chicken to fry. Clearly that was not the case, and I left not getting any food and very upset because I could have caught another restaurant if they had indicated that they had no...

I am a delivery driver who visited Popeyes Carmichael location last evening to facilitate a customer's order last night. I ended up waiting way over one hour to collect the items which consisted of a 2piece dinner, a 3piece tenders, a 6piece Cajun wings and assorted drinks. The location having been very crowded when I first arrived, I had expected that I would have had wait but, even after all of those customers had been served, I was still not then provided with my order in turn. Rather the staff begun serving a number of the other customers who had arrived 20 and 30 minutes after me. When I voiced my complaint to the manager on duty, his only response...
