This restaurant inside of Bahamas airport is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. Firstly, no one was there to greet us until after standing and wait for over 10 mins to be seated. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. Once we were seated, we waited another 15 mins to be seated. When we were finally seated, the waiter made me very comfortable by taking a seat next to us to take our order. I thought that was very unprofessional and strange.

Once we placed our orders, we waited for another 15 to 20 mins for drinks and salads. After our food arrived, we noticed that the dressing on the salad seemed to taste spoiled like and gave us a distaste for the salad. We addressed the issue with the server, who then contacted the manager. Instead of the manager walking to our table to address the mishap, she sent the waiter back to the table to rudely explain how she refused to make any adjustments to the the tab. We politely directed the server back to the manager to come to tee table so we can clarify the issue we were having. The manager rudely came over with an attitude, aggressively and repetitively explains her disgust for Americans and how she is not obligated to do anything for any American. I felt so offended, disgusted, and verbally abused. The manager refused to accommodate the salad by either replacing it or refunding the amount of the salad. So we were forced to pay for a meal that no expressed “FINAL SALES” on all food and drinks. The manager became so irate and called the security because we refused to pay for a $16 dollar salad and $11 for gratuity that we were not satisfied with. This incident was recorded and will be posted to social media along with the picture of each and every individual that make our experience a difficult one, along with the location & airport. I would hope not to return any of these locations if this is the customer service paying...

I had a few hours to kill before my flight and food options are limited in the terminal other than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. I decided to go for Rhythm Cafe and I regretted every minute of that decision. terrible service, food was poor and the service team not friendly at all. I ordered a corona and received a Krispy Kreme plastic cup to pour it. funny thing there is no Krispy Kreme in the terminal plus, other tables had proper glasses to pour their beers, why mine was different. Server couldn't care less about our party, took forever to take order even when the venue was not full. food was ok, nothing special, ordered a club sandwich, asked for jalapeños and was told I was going to be charged extra which I agreed, by the time they arrived I was almost done with the meal. at the time of the check, we asked to split since there was 3 of us on the party and were told just to divide the total, however not everyone order same or similar items. We told we were paying with card and instead of the terminal being brought to the table. server had us stand up and took us to the side stand where the POS was in order to charge however she wanted in 3 equal parts. If I end up again at that airport would not come...

Rhythm Café at Nassau's Lynden Pindling International Airport is a great spot to grab a bite before or after your flight. The food here is better than your typical airport fare, offering some local flavors that stand out. I had the peas and rice, a Bahamian staple, which was flavorful and well-seasoned, with the perfect balance of herbs and spices. It paired nicely with the chicken wings, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The wings had just the right amount of heat, making them a delicious option for a quick, satisfying meal.

As for the pricing, it's consistent with what you’d expect at an airport. You’re not getting any bargains, but the quality of the food makes up for it. The portion sizes are decent, and the service is friendly and efficient, which is key when you’re trying to catch a flight.

The ambiance of Rhythm Café adds to the experience, with its relaxed vibe and a bit of island charm. It’s a good spot to unwind for a moment before getting back into travel mode. Overall, Rhythm Café exceeded expectations for an airport restaurant, making it a place I’d definitely return to when flying...

Extremely slow service. As we enter and order our food. We all ordered the conch soup with chicken quesadilla as a starter waited over 29 min. Just for that to come by. I liked my waitress but she when served our soup didn’t make sure we have our utensils and napkins first. And as we left another person had the audacity to say we left the table dirty when they didn’t come to our table to the table to take what was finished and have space for our main course. Honestly, I don’t think the food was amazing but not the worst. So it’s whatever you decide good luck.
