We checked in using our Priority Pass. We were not aware of a 3 hour limit until the male staff member came and told us we overstayed and had to pay $11.50 per hour. We tried to explain we didn’t know but our flight kept getting delayed. He didn’t care and demanded we exit and pay more. Our experience in the “lounge/ cubicle” was okay. We had comfy chairs and WiFi. We received 2 alcohol tickets per person. We were able to eat the little buns with meat and they also had 2 soup choices along with mini bagels and cream cheese and light sweets. Coffee and cereal were also there. The noise from the airport was annoying because there was no ceiling. When we went out he escorted us to make sure we paid but the lady said all she had to do was re-swipe our pass and we could have another 3 hours and more drink tickets. We swiped but left and told her we didn’t want to be around a toxic person. She was super sweet and made the ordeal less difficult. He should not be in the hospitality business because he clearly has no interpersonal skills. There was a completely different way to have handled it and he chose the adversarial path rather than the customer focused path. I won’t ever return to Nassau because his negative attitude was what we experienced the duration of our trip and I choose to give my money to people who want it but at least give...
Read moreThe manager (Mr. Wilkes?) was incredibly unpleasant and overall a little too sassy for being a fully grown man. He also seemed a little too busy with either friends or family that showed up, consistently on the phone video chatting and putting them in “reserved seats.” We left the lounge due to our boarding time, only to find out boarding was delayed for hours. We tried to return, and were added to a waitlist. No problem- however we tried to check in with a different priority pass holder to receive another set of drink tickets, though that wasn’t allowed. Not particularly sure why we wouldn’t be allowed to reenter as prior guests, instead as new guests without the same amenities. As someone who travels and visits a lot of lounges, this one leaves a lot to be desired with only cereal, sandwiches and soup. Our bartender, McGrady also Trevor and Shay were ABSOLUTELY fantastic and the reason our review is...
Read moreThe rude service and small space make this one of the worst Priority Pass lounges. The tall bald guy has no business working in thw hospitality industry. Three of us were sat separate from each other at the communal table which was fine as those were the only seats available. When 3 seats opened up together, I asked if we could move to those and tall bald guy said no. 25 minutes later, 3 seats opened up next to each other and I again asked him if we could move and he said no. He is not concerned one bit with providing good...
