Review: Mixed Experience with Customer Service

I recently visited and had a disappointing experience while ordering a 1kg box of mixed biscuits. The staff member who prepared my order literally tossed the biscuits into the box without any care for the presentation. When I brought this to the cashier's attention and asked for a manager, I was told he wasn’t available. The cashier dismissed my concerns, suggesting that in a way I'm responsible because I ordered a mixed selection.

After expressing my dissatisfaction, another staff member stepped in on cashier's request and provided a pre-packaged box of mixed biscuits, which was much better. However, the initial staff’s attitude was unprofessional and left a negative impression. It’s frustrating when customer service doesn’t meet expectations, especially when a little effort could make a big difference. I hope they can improve their service...

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the stunning cake you created for my daughter’s birthday. It was not only visually beautiful but also absolutely delicious! Your attention to detail and the effort you put into making her Barbie-themed butter cake truly made her day unforgettable.
