Very bad experience at Isa Town branch. Staff was all over the place. Everyone was standing at the cashier. There was no obvious queue. Very disorganized staff and impractical work etiquette. Worker said 10-15 minutes. I waited for 26 minutes and I had to speak the cashier again to get my order ready. When i asked for a receipt or to use the Unipal discount, the cashier refused and told me “ next time” . And when they finally prepared my order. The cashier didn’t even prompt me to do the “ review and get free fries” offer even though he didn’t forget to tell other customers about it. when i opened my it was missing something but u was so disappointed with the experience I didn’t want to go again. Without doubt one of the best fried chicken experiences I have tried. The chicken comes out beautifully golden brown, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy tender on the inside with every bite.
