Pasta Express - Arad — Restaurant in Muharraq Island

Earlier I had been to pasta express many times and stc offer I was applying for buy one get one takeaway was there and today dated 16th feb 2024 in petrol station muharaq behind pasta service which relocated from muharaq there the lady asked about order I told I have this offer and takeaway she told it’s dine in only I asked earlier it was there and app also shows same dine and pickup both there but she was like nooo only dine I told ok thanks and walked out she tells if u go to any other branch also it is same in such a attitude I didn’t like...

Since Pasta Express opened in Jidali, it was the best restaurant in our neighborhood. me & my wife used to dine in twice a week. the white sauce tasted excellent and the melted cheese and the pasta was the best ever tasted in the Kingdom; however, NOW they changed the ingredients, cheese low quality, the white sauce taste terrible and the pasta is paste and chewwy. Such a disappointment to see a once fantastic Bahraini restaurant chain be at the low state it is currently at. The increase in price and decrease in quality is unacceptable. I just ordered a chicken kiev the mashed potatoes were so bland, the chicken was okay and the sauce was so watery.
