DISCLAIMER—- call them and ask if all is available in the menu or not.. and 15%+++ service charge and all.. bill was 2000 but paid 2400++

One of the WORST EXPERIENCES of my life…

first of all before going there like at 8/9 PM I called them just to ensure if the restaurant was open or not.. then somebody picked up and told that they are and we needed to make a booking before going there.. so I did.. and nothing extra asked and he told that they are”you guys are gonna come and order?”… and in reply I said “YES”.. and that’s it..

Then after a long we reached there and had to walk a little.. and when we sit there.. they came and ask for the reservation we made and I told them and they said there is no name of ours.. I shoed them the call i made and all but they completely denied and all…

Furthermore they did not told us that the “ENTIRE MENU EXCEPT FOR 2 overly expensive meals are available “. They were freaking 2000 and 3000++ taka.. while we were looking for something on the light side and all.. but those waiters were so into us that in pure pressure we had to order and could not leave there….

They did not do any of that before.. and also to say on their food it’s low to Avarage .. like if i rate it I’ll say it’s 5/10..

It was not only a waste of money but a waste of time as well..

I recommend to save ur time and don’t go there unless you are more than 3/4 people at least..

Anyways I hope that you guys stop scamming people like these.. and kindly spread the news that the whole menu is...

Once in a while it's pretty amazing to get a different feeling when you visit a restaurant. ICCB Heritage Restaurant stands out among the rest with their Mughal style ambience, attires of the staff and food options.

My experience on my recent visit was quite scintillating as I was accompanied by my family for a terrific dinner. Reservations are required if you're planning to visit so be sure to call them and book a table; please note you do have to pay an advanced amount via bKash. When it comes to the food, they are recognized around the city for the four distinguished thalis that are part of the menu each offered for 3 sets of groups consisting of either 2, 3 or 5 members; there's no single best choice here it solely depends on your preferences (i.e. Do you prefer kebabs or fish or mutton?).

We were a group of 5 but we picked the জাহাঁপানা থালি that was offered for 3 people because most of us are not heavy eaters. To this I'd add, it was more than enough for us. There was enough lamb to satisfy our stomachs, kebabs were delicious and quantity of rice and meat in polao were ample. Welcome drinks, borhani and the desserts were very tasty as well. Though one can say that the place is a touch expensive, I think it more than made up for the service, quantity and quality of the food.

Overall I really enjoyed my meal there and would definitely...

If you are craving for Kababs, Biriyani or something grand like Mughal Khana "ICCB Heritage Restaurant" may be right choice for you. This restaurant gives you the real heritage feel upon arrival. Even staffs are wearing Mughal costumes to serve you. We went there to enjoy a Qawwali night, a staff wearing Mughal clothes greeted us in front of a big wooden decorated door, there is a big terracotta mural portraying Mughal hospitality on the stairway and a big chandelier to appreciate this beauty. Everywhere of this restaurant decorated very tastefully in Mughal theme. Food is really awesome. I really can't complain about anything, I liked everything whatever served in those Brass golden colored plates. First, they welcomed us with "jeera pani/ cumin water", then they served us "Guava Masala" as starter I guess, then comes our main platter "Maharaja Thalee" with "Borhani drink". We ordered their "Maharaja Thalee" for 3 persons, and we couldn't finish our thalee, it was so much for us three that we packed our remain foods to home. Mughal environment and Qawwali songs and food, this whole experience was amazing! We wanted to listen Qawwali songs more but unfortunately, we had to leave our table because there were many people and tables were limited. From rooftop and inside, there is a nice view of 300 feet road as well. It was an awesome...
