Yesterday (March 27, 2025), I purchased four packets of Iftar from the temporary stall of 'Take a Bite' in Aftabnagar (main restaurant in Banasree) at around 4:45 PM. The Iftar package included fried rice, fried chicken, vegetables, and chicken curry. Additionally, I bought four separate packets of BBQ chicken.

Unfortunately, when we sat down for Iftar with my family, we discovered that the rice and vegetables had gone bad. The spoiled food was ckmpletely inedible, which was extremely disappointing. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but instead of offering an apology or a replacement, they simply noted the issue without taking any responsibility.

'Take a Bite' is a well-known restaurant, but this experience raises serious concerns about their food quality and customer service. A reputable eatery should prioritize food safety and customer satisfaction, but my experience suggests otherwise. I urge everyone to be cautious when purchasing food from here, especially during busy hours.

I hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously and improves its quality control to ensure no other customer faces...
