Vooter Bari, South Banasree — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

Good service should be consistent, not conditional.

I used to be very fond of Vooter Bari. We visited occasionally and even recommended it to others — many of whom tried it based on our suggestion.

However, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. About two months ago, I visited with three guests, and we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive.

Today, I went again with my partner. After waiting 30 minutes, I politely reminded one of the staff — they said “just a minute.” After another 5 minutes passed, I followed up again, only to be ignored once more.

If we have to wait over 40 minutes for our food, we might as well order from Foodpanda — at least the service is more reliable.

Please don’t use “rush” as an excuse. It cannot be a justification every time.

Visited Vooter bari for the first time today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We waited for almost 40 minutes after place an order, but no food was served even after that long wait. Every time we asked, they said “just a minute”, but no one actually followed up or came back with any updates. Finally, we had no choice but to leave without eating. Such mismanagement and lack of basic customer service is truly unacceptable. This was my first visit, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. I will personally avoid this restaurant in the future and won’t recommend it to anyone.

I genuinely hope the management takes this kind of feedback seriously and improves their service...

The experience starts with a refreshing small free drink(which can requested multiple times😅).Then lights are turned dim and along with music few ghosts arrive and dance,they are not scary but fun.It may be enjoyable if there are lots of customers but if few then you might be in awkward situation cause they will stay near you and make you 😎 enjoy.The Price and taste of food is okay.The drinks taste much better.You may enjoy this place with friends and gathering for atmosphere.But if for food and taste then don't hold...
