4Cheez — Restaurant in Khulna Division

Food was really bad, but what was worse was the service. There’s a staff behind the cash register in glasses, he was so horrible to almost everyone who approached him. We heard the table beside us also discuss his horrible approach towards the customers. I was feeling a bit dizzy from fasting all day so we asked him to give us a single one-time usable cup for me to put and stir my Orsaline to break my fast with. He made a face and said “ekhane saline khaite ashche”. We asked nicely once more to another waiter, he said he would get it for us, and when he went up to the counter to ask for the cup, this staff in glasses once again refused to give it to him. (Note that we were obviously willing to pay for the cup if we had to, I was dizzy & it concerned a customer’s health). My friend told him “bhaiya ekta cup lagbe amar friend’er ektu kharap lagche tai saline drink korbe”, yet he refused to give a simple cup!

Moving on, the only good thing on the plate was the salad and the chicken strips inside the burger. Fries were cooked in old oil and tasted horrible, same with the wontons. Safe to say, never wasting...

Okay, so 4cheez never fails to impress when it comes to food. Whether it’s their signature dishes or bold experiments, they always manage to serve something amazing.

☕ Tried their Salted Caramel Latte for the first time, it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and surprisingly better than I expected.

🍋 Lemon Mint Mojito and 🍇 Blueberry Mojito were super refreshing — just what we needed to beat the heat!

And the most interesting part is, they’ve launched the first-ever Dirty Fries in town, and it was an absolute bomb. We tried both Dirty Chick and Dirty Bull — loaded with cheese, savory toppings, and that perfect crunch in every bite.

From my point of view ‘4cheez’ is a great spot to relax and hang out. The ambiance is cozy and beautifully designed. It’s a very photogenic place—perfect for social media shots. The food is really good, especially if you love cheesy dishes. Every item is flavorful and well-presented. Prices are average, making it a good value for the quality. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. Service is quick and efficient without feeling rushed. The seating is comfortable, and the overall vibe is relaxed.
