Bergamo — Restaurant in Minsk

Yesterday my friend and I dined at Bergamo, an upscale Italian restaurant with exquisite cuisine and elegant ambiance. However, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering the rigatoni with simmered cheek, I was shocked to discover a hair in my dish. This unsettling incident spoiled what should have been a beautiful dining experience.

To make matters worse, the restaurant's response to this incident was utterly disappointing. Instead of offering a sincere apology and taking appropriate measures to fix the situation, the staff merely brought me a glass of wine as a feeble excuse. This attempt only made things worse.

When olive oil meets food. Been coming here for many years but never again. The last two times the food has been extremely disappointing, it feels like all they know to do is put large quantities of olive oil into everything. I’m Italian so do I like olive oil but even for me it’s way too much. And on top they give you olive oil for the table.

Rabbit ravioli was average at best Roasted potatoes and spinach inedible due to the fact we didn’t want to have a heart attack due to the oil Chicken lemon was ok.

Pricey restaurant located in the middle of nowhere so you have to get a yandex. The only good thing about this place was the focaccia and the service. The rest is just awful. 7 years of coming...

Sooo, if you are in Minsk and you want to have a romantic/business/casual or any kind of dinner I recomend Bergamo. Delicious fresh food, good fish, creamy pasta, good wine, live music, amazing service. I had a busines smeeting and I was a little bit anxious about how thibgs are going to go but Mikhail, the waiter, helped break the ice with my guests and was really paying attention to what was needed at the table, really reading the room.
