McDonald's — Restaurant in Aartselaar

I’ve been coming to the McDonald’s in Aartselaar for several years now, and I thought it was time to share my experience. I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Aartselaar. The staff was friendly and handled my order quickly. Everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The service was fast and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Tables were regularly cleaned, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It made the visit feel comfortable and relaxed. There was a small issue with the app — I lost my discount codes — but the manager handled it really well. He listened carefully and acted quickly to resolve the situation. Small MacDonalds. I came at a busy time so keep that in mind... When w arrived there was no parking left. When we wanted to leave the parking we had to wait to get the car out be because the queue for the drive thru blocked everything. The tables were all dirty , the touchscreen was so greasy that it didn't work properly and the toilets were not clean at all. There was no soap, the floor under te sink was wet and the light was broken in the toilet so you couldn't see a thing. There was toiletpapier and water over the floor and I couldn't see how or where I could flush the toilet. Oh and my burger was very cold, I had to send it back. Just not a very nice...

Smaller McDonald's than the others in the country. There is not a lot of parking around it, and also not the most space for the drive through, but nonetheless I didn't have to wait too long.

When I was there, I only used the drive through. There were no cars in front of me, so I drove through it very smoothly with a minimal delay.

I hate the cardboard straws though. I really hope they invent other things for that. Because if you put your straw in the drink, 10 min later it is just mushy and unusable. Not the same as the plastic straws they used to have...
