whilst the food itself was average (but almost acceptable for the price) the service was horrendous. I was seated and served very quickly which wouldn't be difficult given there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. The drama came with the payment. After waiting 20 mins for the server to return to take said payment (yes, there were still only 2 others in the restaurant) I was told I couldn't pay by card. When I pointed out the card symbols in the window he changed to say it had to be a minimum of 25 euros - this was never mentioned once and given I was a solo diner and the prices he should've flagged that before showing me to a table. He subsequently tried to get me to pay by scanning a QR code but my bank wasn't eligible. I highlighted the fact my card was an international Mastercard to which he said he gets charged. Eventually he agreed that as the Mastercard symbol matched that of his window display he would accept it but tried to make me pay without showing the terminal screen and when questioned I noticed he'd added charges on to the total in the hope I wouldn't notice. I requested they be removed and when I made the final payment he shouted at me to get out of the restaurant. A horrible man with zero customer service and basic cooking skills. alle sauzen zijn met room gemaakt , dat zelfs de smaak van de scampi weg is. 1 uur wachten op voorgerecht daarna 1 uur wachten op de hoofdschotel en krijg ik een ander gerecht dan dat ik besteld had , de pasta was niet al dente en lauw . Mijn echtgenote kreeg geen pasta , al was deze besteld . Het koppel naast ons moest telkens opstaan om de mensen naar het toilet te laten gaan , hun tafel stond voor de deur . Zij hebben 1uur en 25 minuten gewacht op twee pizza calzone . Een groep van vier personen hadden na 2 uur wachten hun eten nog niet . De twee dames die daar werkte, eentje kon enkel Frans , de ander enkel Engels . De baas liep maar rond en kon zijn handen niet thuis houden , naar het personeel en vrouwelijke klanten toe. Commande de 10 pizzas a 18h10. Il est 19h23 quand je commence à rédiger cet avis. Les pizzas ne sont toujours pas arrivées.
Deux appels ont été passés au restaurant entre temps avec toujours comme excuse « nous arrivons dans 5 min ». Donc en plus d’être en retard, cet établissement prend ses clients pour des idiots.
Je déconseille fortement à qui voudrait une pizza, de commander dans cet établissement. Cela n’en vaut pas la peine.
Une service déplorable qui finit par couper l’appétit et à inverser la tendance d’une soirée qui s’annonçait merveilleuse.
