We reserved at the Brothers to eat at 8 in the evening. We had to take our seats in the lounge area where we ordered our first drinks and ordered our meals. After the drinks the staff never asked us for a second round. The bar was not crowded at this time. After one hour and a half we asked the staff about our food as we were still sitting in the lounge area at this point and only one other couple was eating dinner at this point.

After another 10 minutes we were brought to our seats and the food came as well. The food was good. Nothing bad about that. But the tables behind us from previous guests was still on the tables. We had the impression they were understaffed. I debated between 2 and 3 stars. Because the food was good I landed on 3. This place could do much better if they are fully staffed and better at...

Nous sommes venus pour un anniversaire, et pour tester une nouvelle adresse. Nous sommes ressortis un peu déçus, et ne reviendrons probablement pas.

L'ambiance et la décoration sont très sympa, rien à redire de ce côté ci.

Nous avons commencé avec quelques apéritifs qui étaient très bons et qui sont arrivés relativement vite. Puis avons attendu 45 minutes nos plats. Rien pour grignoter en attendant, jusqu'à ce qu'une serveuse qui avait l'air adorable et qui était très souriante, le remarque et nous les apporte 30 minutes après.

Les plats sont ensuite arrivés, les viandes ne faisaient clairement pas 300g (mais plus 200 à vue d'œil), et la mienne, qui devait être du boeuf, avait un léger goût de canard. Sans certitude, mais je me suis demandé si elle n'était pas passé sur la même plaque que le canard d'un autre client. Heureusement que j'aime ça... La viande était normalement inclus avec un assortiment de 3 sauces, nous étions 3 à avoir pris du boeuf, et avons juste reçu 3 petits pots de sauce pour toute la table, sans même une petite cuillère pour se servir 😅 . Nous avions été chez des concurrents côté Dinant, et chez eux, c'était 3 sauces par personne. Bref, passons.

L'expérience était assez décevante au vue du prix (attention, les prix sont très différents de ceux affichés sur le site /!\ Les augmentations sont normales et je comprends tout à fait, mais c'est important de tenir une carte un minimum à jour), je trouve ça vraiment dommage parce que l'ambiance est vraiment très bonne et je suis certaine que le restaurant pourrait...

Nous avons commandé respectivement à 3, un hamburger frite à 20 €, sensé être de la vraie viande, et une côte à l'os de Salers pour 2 personnes à 10 € des 100 gr. Passons sur l'hamburger demandé saignant arrivé noir comme la pierre et sans jus. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de commenter pour un repas mais quand on se moque du client, à la limite de la fraude, il faut dénoncer. 1ere chose, la côte à l'os n'était pas de la Salers. Pas de persillage sur la viande alors que c'est une des caractéristiques fortes de la Salers. Le goût probablement d'une irlandaise. 2ième chose, l'os n'était pas l'os de la viande que l'on nous a servie. Nous avons tous les 3 sentis que l'os datait et était rance. La viande n'était pas une côte à l'os, probablement une entrecôte ou un filet. En conclusion, on nous a vendu une viande 'normale' au prix de 10 € les 100 grammes et ils ont camouflé cela avec un reconditionnement bidon et dangereux pour la santé. Une véritable fourberie. Nous avons avertis le serveur qui en a fait part au cuisto. Quand on pose ce genre d'accusation auprès d'un cuisto qui n'a rien à se reprocher, le cuisto fier de son travail n'hésiterait pas à venir s'enquérir de la chose or, dans notre cas, il a juste remballer en première ligne le pauvre serveur qui nous nie au nom du cuisto. Merci au cuistot d'avoir dénoncer une hallucination olfactive collective de notre table. Est-ce que j'y retournerai? Sans aucun doute NON. et pourtant nous...

Very good gastronomic experience. It was completely to explain it what we would like to eat because they speak French and a little bit english. So after 7 minutes of conversation we got those beautiful food. And it was very delicious. I really appreciated. The wine also was good. The place is very happy one with live music. Total price for 2pp 129EUR

The maître d’ made the place she was warm and welcoming. We intended to just have a drink and stayed for, what was a delicious meal. The food was excellent, and the restaurant extensive, it was also good to find Guinness on draft. They also had a very good bourbon collection and enjoyed some Woodford Reserve.
