The goal is not to demolish the reputation of the restaurant, but to inform you about the necessity of the respect of the good hygiene practices, a member of my family ate at the restaurant and now he has Food born illness outbreak. You not only lost a loyal client but you play with the health of human being. I don’t think you will underestimate this experience if it’s about your loved one. I have no doubt in the good intention of the restaurant to please the clients, however I highlight that the focus should be on the food safety and the priority number 1 is the health of the clients. I hope the manager of the restaurant take my feedback seriously and work on the critical points, monitoring hazards in every step of the manufacturing. It’s frustrated to come to restaurant rather than enjoying a meal you suffer from the stomach, vomiting caused by lack of hygiene or cross contamination. The children have consistently enjoyed the food and service at Burgers & Fried Chicken. However, we've encountered multiple instances where chicken tenders, a menu item, were unavailable.

While occasional stockouts are understandable, frequent occurrences detract from the dining experience.

Additionally, the prolonged malfunction of the ice cream machine is disappointing. Given its prominence on the menu, it's crucial to ensure its operational status or provide alternative dessert options.

For a hallal fast food burger joint this was excellent, super, loved it. Fries and burgers are a lot better then in Medina burger,portions are bigger,keep it up! We...
