Was there for dinner. They thought I am there for takeaway. When I said I want to eat there they said I have to pay extra. That's fine but no service provided. Not even water had to ask for. I still can't make sense of their behavior. May be they...

Maxim was vroeger een begrip in Merksem. Combinatie van Oosterse en Westerse keuken! Dik 15 jaar geleden is de zaak hard achteruit beginnen gaan. Ondertussen (Laatste 10 jaar) is de keuken weer terug fantastisch maar trekt de zaak -onterecht- niet meer de aantallen bezoekers van vroeger ... Take-out doet het wel weer goed.

Interieur is verzorgd maar is aan een opfrissing toe. Toch is dit voor mij geen reden om een ster minder te geven aangezien dit een van de beste en lekkerste chinese restauranten is in...

Excellent restaurant within walking distance of our hotel. Good service and charming owners. We enjoyed a delicious set menu for around 21€ per person....
