Il Sorrento — Restaurant in Beersel

Ordered via Ubereats. The bread, scampi and sauce were good, but the rest just wasn't good at all; the pesto pasta and the sauce of the steak were tasteless and frankly not appetizing at first sight. As for the steak, we don't even know how they manage to mess up the taste of the meat. Even its texture was weird... We had to throw it away, just like the pasta. The overall packaging was also very messy and there was a aluminium foil containing some weird stuff which may have been cheese but had melted into the aluminium and smelled and tasted weird, so that too went to the bin. Seriously, who packs cheese this way!!!!! My belly is acting up just thinking about it. Really do...

Il Sorrento is a family orientated restaurant that shares the love, culture and passion of Italy. The food was incredible and the service was transparently an Italian culture. I would suggest viewing the menu and knowing a little bit of the Italian language before going but other than that, it was a lovely experience....

Niet zo een goede ervaring gehad dit keer. We hadden 3 pizza's besteld voor 20u. Bij aankomst waren ze nog niet klaar. We hebben zeker 30 minuten buiten moeten wachten in de warmte. Er werd niet meegedeeld hoelang we zouden moeten wachten. Als het niet betaald was zouden we ergens anders gegaan zijn. Uiteindelijk waren ze klaar en waren bij 2 pizza's een deel van de korst afgesneden omdat deze zwart was. Gelukkig dat de pizza's niet duur zijn. Ik vind dat ze een drankje konden aanbieden of zeggen dat het nog 30 min zou duren als...
