While passing through Belgium we searched the Michelin Guide app for a restaurant in the vicinity, Atelier Noun popped up and I called as it was 25 minutes before closing after lunch. We were warmly welcomed! We expected delicious food, of course but what a surprise. Not only everything was delicious and artfully plated but the chef and whole staff created such an intimate atmosphere. It was not only delicious food but an amazing culinary experience. We enjoyed the 5 course meal with mussels, lobster, red perch and pigeon. My husband ate everything and he only likes lobster out of all the above. We feel so fortunate to have been in...

Small restaurant, intimate setting, culinary top level combining seasonable produce with a lot of freshness and inventivity. Though we had a waiter 'in training' that was visibly nervous the service was impeccable and attentive. The wine pairing was on point as well, showing some vibrant and less classic combos and for once the non-alcoholic options were tasty and fitting. A lot of freshness and vibrant acidity in the dishes, often with some Asian twist, which makes you walk through the menu without losing interest, up to the main dish that shows more 'power' and to finish again with some freshness in the...

A refreshing a new take to the concept of a culinary workshop: the chef eliminates the need for waiters and literally invites to his house to get to know his take on food. And what a delicious and delicate take on food that Chef Bert has: round after round, it showcased wonderful combinations of flavor, all served by his hand. It takes courage to open a place that defies the perception of a traditional restaurant and I plan to support it as much as I can with another visit when I return to Belgium.
