Cosmo Cucina Italiana — Restaurant in Boechout

We waren met een groep van 13. Gereserveerd zoals elk jaar. Alles start vrolijk met apperitief. Dan met opname van de gerechten, inachtneming van maximaal 5 types schotels voor de tafel. Er werd gekozen voor twee flessen huis rosé, enkele non alcoholische drankjes en een God bier. Toen werd de overbelasting voelbaar. Er verscheen 1 schotel en dan wachten. Na een tiental minuten werden de andere schotels opgediend. Geen rosé beschikbaar. Het God bier verscheen na expliciet vragen. Alles toch opgelost met de glimlach. Keuken was gesloten toen we aan dessert willen beginnen. Geen paniek er konden nog enig zaken uit de mouw getoverd worden. Met die laatste inspanning werden de tiramisu's en panacota's met grote glimlach geserveerd. Na zoveel jaren is er toch een duidelijk kwaliteitsverlies merkbaar. Ongelijk verdeelde porties en niet alle schotels voldoende warm. Sommige schotels bereiken absoluut niet het vroegere niveau. Ondanks de problemen was de bediening zeer vriendelijk. We had a fantastic dining experience at Cosmo Culinary Italiana in Boechout. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional.

The food was absolutely delicious. We started with a perfectly baked pizza and flavorful pasta dish that exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our meal was the Pannacotta for dessert, which was simply divine—creamy, rich, and the perfect way to end our meal.

Every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with authentic Italian flavours. The attention to detail in both the presentation and taste was impressive. It’s clear that the team at Cosmo Culinary Italiana takes great pride in their work.

Mixed feelings about the place we were with 6. 2 said food was excellent 4 so so. Personally i thoughed my pasta was to aldente and my desert pear chocolate didnt have a lot of taste. This in combination with a slow service. (Strange as it didnt look they were understaffed) and the fact you have to search how to get the water flowing to wash your hands in the toilet, made it all a bit pffffff. Location isnt bad. To come back to the toilet, you need to pomp the water with your foot, but as this is not what you expect you search...
