On our last vacation day here in De Haan we didn't want to cook, so we ordered something. We really like Dominos in Germany and we saw on our trip to Ostende, that they are nearby.
So we ordered from their website and everything looked fine. Chicken bucket, cheesy bread and Melty.
I ordered for 19.00h and at 19.11 the online system told me it is on it's way. 19.28 I got a call how much cash money I have. I told that I have 50 Euro for the order of 42 euro an that I only need 2 euros back. Rest is tip. 10 minutes later the food arrived. So 40 minutes late. Okay... I called to order two pizzas, and as soon as you heard that I was French, you immediately told me that you no longer deliver, only take-out. We hung up, then placed the order directly on your website—and received our pizzas delivered 20 minutes later! You simply heard we were foreigners and didn’t want to bother taking our order. Shame on you. It’s a pity—normally we leave a tip for the delivery person, but this time, nothing at all. Your customer service...
