McDonald's — Restaurant in Bree

So me and my boyfriend we were going to McDonalds mind you we always go here's without any issue but today we go to McDonald's we order my card didn't want to go through it took me 10 tries with my card just so it accepts and then my boyfriends food comes wrong oder and MY order took long and found out it was cancelled then gives me my order with ice cream just all ou of the MC flurry which was disgusting then bringing 3 different orders to us SO getting other peoples orders wrong 3-4 time mind you IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL there were at least 10 or less people and yet getting orders wrong then when we want to go they come with the right order of my boyfriends...

I ordered 4 small chicken burgers, 1 flavored fries, 3 small chicken wraps, and 2 portions of mozzarella sticks, but didnt recieve the mozzarella sticks. I know I should have checked while still there, but I was in a hurry as I was gonna go fishing with a mate of mine who was already waiting. This is not the first time this has happened too.

Altijd problemen met onze bestelling... Of we nu alleen met ons gezin van 3 gaan of we gaan met een hele vriendengroep. Vanaf het prille begin maar toen dacht ik nog hey weet je, dat is inwerken. Ik heb ook jaren in de horeca gestaan, je moet je draai vinden en fouten gebeuren. Maar ik heb al zo vaak koud eten gehad, verkeerd eten, incomplete bestelling.... Zowel bij het in het restaurant eten als de drive through. Gelukkig wonen we kortbij en als ik terug ga wordt het wel rechtgezet. Maar ik heb geen zin om elke keer terug te moeten rijden omdat soms echt tot de helft van de bestelling mist.

Sorry maar dat kan ik echt niet meer wijten aan een fout kan gebeuren of je moet je inwerken, er loopt gewoon systematisch iets grondig fout. Wij zijn echt aan het overwegen om helemaal weg te blijven en nog liever vanuit Bree speciaal naar Houthalen te rijden in de hoop daar wel een complete bestelling te mogen ontvangen.

McDonald's is niet zo heel goedkoop en dan steeds niet eens ontvangen waar je wel voor betaald hebt? Wordt zo een wel heel...
