Crea Café — Restaurant in Bruges

Cosy, contemporary bar within the theatre. For a Saturday night it was pretty full, even the theatre if you consider the warm weather outside. But hey, Venom was out, and even the viewing room was stuffed.

We went upstairs to mezzanine as the ground floor was full. Cosy outdoor seats and couches, dark yet intimate lighting and the waitress was polite but straight to the point. Not that I mind, but we all love when we get that energetic hyper waiter/ress that just brings that extra that starts of the evening.

What did bother me however no menu's upstairs so for people who go for the common drinks, they'll be able to serve. For people who want to strong liquor you could see the bar so you could see what they had available. But for the customers that wanted that cool beer, you might as well play a game of darts... hence my three out of five.

I will continue to try them out and see if it improved and...

We werden zeer onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel de deur gewezen. De muziek werd zeer luid gezet zodat conversaties onmogelijk waren, er werd kabaal gemaakt op het bovenverdiep boven ons (lees: stampen en springen op de metalen vloer en een drumstel bespelen zonder enige melodie). We hadden de boodschap onmiddellijk begrepen en zijn maar naar huis vertrokken. We hadden de zaak evengoed onmiddellijk verlaten moest er iemand ons vriendelijk gevraagd hebben om te vertrekken. Een gezellige plek om iets te drinken in combinatie met een uitje voor of na de film. Kan ook perfect zonder bezoekje aan de filmzalen. Het personeel is er vriendelijk. Al merk ik wel dat het er op drukke momenten wel wat in het honderd kan lopen.. Tragere opname van bestellingen of dat je zelf mag schuiven voor je bestelling aan de toog, ook tekort aan plaats op drukke momenten kunnen dan gebeuren.
