Ordered via Uber eats. After 1h f delay I called them, saying they will deliver in 20min. In 35min from that still no pizza and no one answer the phone . I contacted Uber, they tried calling the restaurant also but no answer. After 2hours from the order I still have no pizza, I am absolutely starving and Uber has arranged my order cancelled. No news from the restaurant. How very...

J’ai commandé une pizza 4 fromages sur UberEats et ma commande n’est jamais arrivée. J’ai appelé 2 fois l’établissement pour avoir des nouvelles de ma nourriture mais aucune réponse. Grosse arnaque ! J’attends toujours de me faire rembourser!!! Édit : la réponse du patron montre qu’il n’a pas la capacité mentale de comprendre qu’il faudrait peut-être changer ses horaires sur UberEats!!! Si j’ai passé ma commande c’est parce que votre restaurant apparaît comme ouvert dans l’application il faudrait peut-être un peu réfléchir. Et j’ai bien gardé mon téléphone près de moi quand j’ai commandé, pas 4h heures après ;) une petite remise en question ne...
